AIBMS are one of Ireland’s largest payment solution providers and one of Europe’s largest e-commerce acquirers, with over 40 years’ experience providing payments and business solutions to our customers around the world to help them grow.

Robbie is a seasoned and diverse senior payments leader with a proven track record in the areas of product innovation and scheme compliance through transformation of challenging strategic plans into operational reality. A multi- disciplined career, spanning over 30 years, in both banking and acquiring, Robbie is particularly passionate about the area of payments & DCC.
Owner & eCommerce Consultant, Vinny & Co Consulting LTD
Vinny O’Brien has worked in eCommerce for 15 years +. Clients include General Motors, Tesco, Currys, Littlewoods, Calvin Klein, Superdry and PepsiCo international. He was a formative part of the team in eBay that developed multichannel retailing across Europe. He has been speaking about eCommerce since his participation in the Global Economic Forum in 2012. He has been lecturing professionally across Ireland and the Middle East for the past 7 years. He works in partnership with global accounting firm, BDO and is currently Director of Brand and ecommerce in Crua – a D2C brand based in Kerry and Colorado, USA.

Rachael has over 15 years experience in eCommerce having worked across brand, retail and agency. Her experience expands start-ups, scale-ups and enterprise including in-house stints at Harvey Nichols and Seedlip, as well as with DNVB clients such as Chilly’s water bottles and Wild deodorants.
Director, Global eCommerce Collaboration, Stanley Black & Decker
Dean McElwee is the Director for Global eCommerce Collaboration. His remit covers Retail eCommerce both omnichannel and marketplaces, B2B eCommerce and Direct Consumer. As an experienced commercial leader, Dean has a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative growth strategies that not only drive performance but also higher engagement and profit.
He has successfully led business initiatives across Sales Leadership, Retail Consulting and eCommerce. His experience of having worked both in Africa and Europe and across multiple regions gives him a unique insight into working with countries in various stages of business development.
E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager, Green People LTD
Matthew is a versatile professional with over 16 years of experience in various fields, ranging from e-commerce to finance. Currently, the E-Commerce and Marketplace Manager at Green People, a leading natural and organic beauty brand, where he spearheads the omnichannel growth and expansion of the company across Europe and beyond.
Head of Lifestyle, TikTok
Dave has worked in the eCommerce and Tech industry for over a decade. Beginning at Meta, growing the worlds leading brands like HUEL, Alibaba, LEGO, Very and Gymshark. At TikTok he leads the Retail and eCommerce Lifestyle team, overseeing the growth of Athleisure, Beauty and Home brands looking to scale on the most exciting platform of the decade.

Having co-founded Evoluted in 2006, Ash’s passion for the digital world and obsession with client satisfaction has since helped the company grow into one of the UK’s leading digital agencies. An advocate of ROI-focused delivery and a firm believer in the use of bespoke technology, he was nominated for ‘Business Person of the Year’ at the 2017 Sheffield Business Awards.

Founder of Little Rock Digital, Breige Grogan is a seasoned eCommerce & Digital Marketing professional with almost two decades in the sector. Breige has a proven track record of managing significant eCommerce functions in Europe & Australia, and her specialisms include Digital & eComm Strategy, Digital Marketing and Analytics. These days, she puts these skills to use as a growth coach and fractional eCommerce director for retail businesses.

Colin heads Klarna Ireland, a top global payments and shopping service. Ex-eBay & Dita Eyewear exec with rich experience in launching eCommerce solutions across Europe & North America.
Klarna is super shopping App powered by AI. It is also one of Europe’s largest banks and is providing payment solutions for 150 million consumers across more than 550,000 merchants in 45 countries. Klarna offers direct payments, pay after delivery options and installment plans in a smooth one-click purchase experience that lets consumers pay when and how they prefer to.
Chief Digital Commerce Officer, Global Commerce Practice Lead EMEA, VML
Gemma Spence has spent the last 12 years in Global Commerce Leadership with experience client side, retail, and agencies cutting across the end-to-end eCommerce value chain of management and strategic channel planning. She has most recently worked as the Chief Commerce Officer at PHD in Omnicom Media Group where she set up Transact, a global eCommerce advisory unit with over 130 consultants using behavioural economics to predict drivers of consumer selection & choice. The company’s services and techniques have helped numerous clients achieve considerable sales growth. Over the years Gemma has consulted with the FMCG, automotive beauty and run eCommerce operations in house for consumer electronics brands, covering the whole end-to-end value chain that is needed for eCommerce success.
Gemma was recently recognised as one of CIO Magazines 20 Businesswomen of 2021, Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35, a Mediatel’s Future Media Leader, and has helped shape many of the ecommerce standards and awards together with some of the industry’s biggest names. Gemma is a mentor, contributing editor for WARC & Econsultancy and has just graduated with from her EMBA at University of Oxford.

Prior to Enterprise Ireland, Anna-Marie worked in industry for over 10 years and has considerable experience in a variety of industry sectors, most notably ICT, both in Irish early stage start-up companies and globally trading multinational businesses including Ericsson, Dell and Smurfit
Head of Merchant Success EMEA, Shopify
Stephen leads the Merchant Success organisation for Shopify across EMEA where he has spent the last 7 years building teams and working directly with some of the fastest growing brands across Europe. Stephens experience prior to Shopify spans Enterprise Software and B2B SaaS across North America and Europe at orgs such as Salesforce, SAP & HubSpot.

Martin Harper is Co-Founder and CTO of Quickfire Digital, is well organised, likes structure and, in his words, ‘just wants to get shit done’. Martin heads up the technical, financial and operational side of the business. Quickfire works with retailers of all shapes and sizes to improve efficiency, profitability and scalability through the use of the leading e-commerce technology.
Founder, IMPACT EVOLVE
With 25 years of experience in Warehousing and Logistics, starting straight from school and progressing through every operational role from picker and packer to COO, I’ve now established IMPACT EVOLVE. We’re a boutique Supply Chain and Operations consultancy dedicated to supporting founder-led businesses in the £1m to £50m revenue range, we have recently helped brands to launch in new countries, reduce carrier costs, relocate 3PLs and improve overall operating efficiencies.
My journey includes 10 years at Hotel Chocolat, where I was instrumental in developing a multi-channel, global supply chain. This period was marked by growth from £40m to £140m in revenue, leading to an IPO on AIM in 2016. My efforts contributed to the creation of a subscription model with 100k subscribers in the UK, the launch of 100 retail stores across the UK, 5 in the USA, and 5 in Japan, in addition to setting up a D2C supply chain globally.
Furthermore, I led the Supply Chain for Gousto during the pandemic, a time when the company’s revenue soared from £150m to £300m and unicorn status in just two years. My role involved opening three additional operational sites, hiring over 50 people, and implementing the necessary technology, teams, and processes to meet demand and scale the business effectively.

Prior to Advanced Commerce, André was the co-founder and former CEO of Attraqt Group plc (2003-2018). He grew that business to become the leading European player in Search and Merchandising. That journey included going public in 2014 and acquired Fredhopper (their biggest competitor at the time) in 2017. André left Attraqt in 2018 to start his new business, Advanced Commerce, which launched it’s new Merchandising platform (GrapheneHC) in 2021.

Check Your Eligibility & Criteria
With 24 categories to enter, there are so many awards to get involved with! Make sure to check entry eligibility and criteria before submitting your entry. Don’t forget, all categories are free to enter and you can enter as many as you’d like.
Avoid Jargon
While our judging panel is made up of eCommerce experts, all types of organisations are encouraged to enter our awards and therefore could be inclined to use wording, phrases or acronyms that are not necessarily common terms.
Include Details & Statistics
Stats, quotes and percentages are great tools to back up the points in your story. If you can demonstrate measurable success, the judges will see this as proof of success which boosts the credibility of your claims. The more detail you include, the better!
Upload Supporting Evidence
Our awards portal allows for supporting evidence to be uploaded. This can be imagery, testimonials, screen grabs, charts or graphs etc – these uploads will not be marked as part of your entry, but use the opportunity to support your submission.
