TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Nominees & entrants must be head-quartered or have an operational base on the island of Ireland.

Entries can be submitted by organisations or their representatives as long as full approval is sought from all parties before submission.

All entries are free with the deadline for submissions being 12 noon on 31st July 2023.

Any entries after 31st July 2023 will only be accepted at the discretion of the Awards Team and will be charged a late administration fee of £275/300 + VAT per entry. To discuss entry submission after the deadline, please contact awards@ecomm.live.

Please ensure you read the criteria for the awards you are entering. Remember to use evidence such as quotes, figures, statistics and include as much information as possible on your entry form.

All completed will be acknowledged online at the time of submission by email.

The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any entry.

Please keep your entry title concise. We reserve the right to shorten entry titles for the purpose of the awards brochure and winners’ trophies. 

Grow Consultancy Limited reserves the right to extend the closing deadline, amend categories or not award categories should the standard or number of entries received not reach the required standard/threshold.

By entering the Awards you agree that the contact information of the award entrant from your business will be shared with our commercial partners for the Awards, including our sponsors. You can opt out at any time by emailing awards@ecomm.live

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF JUDGING

All awards will be judged and scored against the criteria out of 100 maximum points.

The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of shortlisted nominations or winners.

Shortlisted entrants will be contacted by email (on the address provided in the application) on the shortlist announcement date.

In the interest of transparency, judges or their businesses are ineligible to enter the awards.

Judges will be asked to sign an NDA in advance of commencing judging.

All judging takes place separately and independently with no conferring allowed between judges. Judges can only access entries that they have been provided to score.

Judges will be asked to declare any perceived conflict of interest to the event organisers ahead of judging entries – and they will be recused from judging that category.

Judges will be asked to permanently & securely delete all judging materials immediately after the judging process is finalised.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASES/EVENT

Cancellations are permitted 30 days or more in advance of the Awards Ceremony on 22nd September 2023.

No cancellations are acceptable after this date, and therefore no refunds are payable after this point. However, you may nominate a substitute guest who can attend in your place.

All requests for substitutions must be made in writing to awards@ecomm.live

Where circumstances force cancellation of the event in its entirety, Grow Consultancy Limited will offer a full refund to each paying delegate / guest within 14 days of the cancellation.

Force Majeure

Grow Consultancy Limited will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party.

Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, civil unrest, fire, flood, droughts, storms, earthquakes, collapse of buildings, explosion or accident, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.

Where an event can be postponed, this will be taken into account and any investment already made will be transferred to the new date.

Should a physical event not be possible due to causes out of our control, this event may be transferred to a virtual online event.

Payment Terms

Tickets can be paid for by invoice or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 3% charge. Full payment for event ticket sales are strictly 14 days from invoice date or 7 days in advance of the event date, whichever is sooner.

Filming & Photography

There will be a professional photographer and videographer capturing photos and video footage during the event.

Attendees consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

Photographs taken at the event are the intellectual property of Grow Consultancy Limited and its event partners and will be used in promotion and marketing for future events.

Trophies

All trophies are inspected prior to the awards ceremony. Once these trophies have been distributed to winners, they become responsible for safekeeping of the trophy from that point forward. Grow Consultancy Limited will not cover the cost of replacements due to damage or loss during or after the awards ceremony. Should you require a replacement trophy, please contact awards@ecomm.live
